Diet and healthy way for children

To full fill their lunch box, you should turn to these foods-baked potato with tuna, shepherd's pie and green vegetables, macaroni cheese and green vegetables, chicken and lentil soup, pasta with ham and peas or tuna sandwich.
Try to make your own healthy pizzas using a ready-made or even ready-to-roll wholegrain brown crust. Decrease the quantity of cheese as well as beef, also include much more vegetables. Absolutely no kid can consume an entire 12-inch pizza. Keep track of servings and gives the eco-friendly greens rather than additional pieces.
Children are often good at imitate, so try to set yourself as a good example. If you eat a variety of healthy foods, your child is more likely to follow suit.
