Exercise and eating right to lose weight

How people want to use laxatives to lose weight may look like another crazy fad. Just by hearing that one can lose weight by using these can make anyone think twice. Today's perception of beauty and health seems to be confined in the image of a thin body be it that of a male or of a female. But why do people opt in using laxatives?
Losing weight seems like a challenge most especially for those who have put on a few extra pounds beyond the recommended weight based on what health medicine has defined as normal. The word "exercise" seems not to appeal to many. Moreover, having to eat the right amount and kinds of food seems even more of a challenge to many as well.
Though 24 hours a day would seem enough for a normal person to live out a normal and happy life, some live lives that can't be simply packed in these 24 hours. Sleeping, eating and working can easily fill up one's daily schedule. For some, relaxing would be the best option after a busy day at work. Exercising would just make them even more tired. However, maintaining a "fit" body would come across their minds a number of times in a day.
To save them of the time they would have to dedicate for exercises, some people would turn to using laxatives to lose weight. All these laxatives require from any human being is to intake it and let it do the rest. Laxatives are usually known to be in the form of tablets or pills. For some, these medicines do wonders overnight. Being able to release all those waste in the morning can definitely make a person believe that he or she is on the way to losing weight.
Losing weight can be a big deal. Those who need not lose any weight can further drive others who need to do so into this hypnotizing craze for thin bodies. However, studies have shown that using laxatives can be harmful to the body. Though recommended for easing difficulties in bowel movement, it is not recommended for daily use. Frequent usage can harm the body and might do more than just get rid of a person's unwanted weight.
Studies are continuously conducted to either prove or disprove the effectiveness of using laxatives to lose weight. No matter the output, it would be advisable that people take it easy in losing weight by intake of laxatives. Too much of something could definitely harm anybody.
