About Vitamin B6


Vitamin B6 or also called pyridoxine, and niacin, tolat acid and cobalamin plays helped move several vitalfunctions in the human body. Every day our body requires 0.2 mg of vitamin B6 to produce about 60 kinds of essential enzymes. This vitamin should not be consumed in excess because it would be toxic to the body.
Foods that are rich in protein such as eggs, fish, poultry and meat are also sources of foods rich in vitaminB6. In addition, you can also find vitamin B6 in breads, cereals, and fruits.
