Bone and Vitamin D


Warrant concern, low vitamin D levels in the blood circulation was at high risk of developing diabetes condition, according to a recent study conducted in Australia. Vitamin D is produced by the body in response to exposure to sunlight and also provided naturally in some foods, like eggs, cod and salmon. This vitamin, collaborating with calcium, known to its role as a bone builder. Calcium was also believed to participate in the release of insulin.
