About Vitamin E

Vitamin E (tocopherols), vitamins are soluble in both fat. Vitamin E can protect the body from free radicals. Vitamin E also helps prevent heart disease, reduce fatigue, reduce PMS, helps slow the aging due to oxidation and facilitate the supply of oxygen to the blood until the whole organ
